Drinking
Babies will become very efficient drinkers. Having a diet that is only milk has made them pros. And up to this point their diet has been nothing but milk. Now that they are eating solid foods, their diet still needs to be at least 50 percent breast milk or formula. But if you want to have decent shot at your kid eating the finger foods, it is best to give them the milk when they are done. Babies will fill themselves up on milk and always have enough room for more. Milk is still their favorite thing to eat, and still the most nutritious and good for them. Around the 8-10 month mark is a good time to get them started on the sippy cups. The genius of the sippy cup is that nothing will come out if the cup is dropped or knocked over. Just milk for the fist year. No water until the baby is at least a year old. Their bodies get all the water that they need for the milk and, too much extra can give them water poisoning. Its important to do research so you can make the best food decisions for you baby and you.
